Refunds and Exchanges

Before placing and order for items or services, please ensure you have read the details, to ensure the items/services will meet your needs & carefully review your order. Our policies set forth generally prohibit issuing exchanges or refunds after an order has been placed. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to order you have placed. You will not dispute or otherwise seek a refund for purchased order. In extra-ordinary cases, we might consider a written request for a refund, but the final decision to refund the entire or partial amount for the order rests with us. If a transaction arouses suspicious and if it is brought to our notice, we reserve the right to suspend/cancel that transaction and undertake our own investigation to ensure that the transaction in question in not fraudulent.

In the event of there being Force Majeure situations, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the order.

In the event of cancellation of an order by us, we will endeavour to inform customers, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All event fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment will be transferred in full to another order. We shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, etc.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should the order be cancelled due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control.
