Medha, co-founder of Embarq—a luxury adventure travel company launched in 2015—is a visionary in crafting unforgettable journeys. Medha’s standout achievement includes orchestrating a breathtaking 23,000-kilometer self-drive expedition across 15 countries in 57 days, from India to Morocco, a journey that captured the essence of adventure.

An adventurer at heart, Medha thrives on exploring offbeat destinations in her trusty Toyota Land Cruiser, seeking the undiscovered and embracing the road less travelled. With over a decade of experience in finance at global powerhouses like Mercedes-Benz, General Electric, and Infosys, she brings a unique blend of analytical precision and wanderlust to her work.

When she’s not charting new routes or steering travellers toward unforgettable memories, Medha can be found diving into a David Baldacci thriller or bringing vivid landscapes to life on her canvas, embodying a life as colourful as the journeys she curates.

A multi-tasker, troubleshooter and a people person, Sujal is an expert in organising events and managing teams. Her true passion though, lies in exploring the world on wheels. She has been on road trips in India, US, Spain and Turkey. She was a part of the self-drive expedition covering 23,000 kms across 15 countries in 57 days from India to Morocco in July 2015, along with Medha.

Travelling is in her blood. Prior to co-founding Embarq, she was the Vice President at a Mumbai based investment bank, Ambit Holdings and has worked in the field of Human Resources for 14 years for companies like Lehman Brothers and Infosys.

Apart from driving, Sujal’s hobbies include ‘Bollywood’ and ‘Biryani’ and she has an enviable collection of wristwatches.
